다은은 대학교에서 디자인을 공부하고 있었다.

Daeun was studying design at university.

그녀는 보통 수업이 끝난 후에 도서관에서 시간을 보냈다.

She usually spent time at the library after classes ended.

어느 날 도서관 게시판에서 사진 동아리 포스터를 보게 되었다.

One day, she happened to see a photography club poster on the library bulletin board.

"사진에는 별로 관심이 없었는데 재미있어 보이네," 다은이 혼잣말했다.

"I wasn't really interested in photography, but it looks fun," Daeun muttered.

며칠 후 다은은 용기를 내어 동아리 모임에 참석했다.

A few days later, Daeun gathered her courage and attended a club meeting.

모임에는 여러 종류의 카메라를 가져온 학생들이 있었다.

There were students who had brought various kinds of cameras to the meeting.

동아리 회장인 민혁은 친절하게 다은에게 동아리를 소개해 주었다.

Minhyeok, the club president, kindly introduced the club to Daeun.

"우리 동아리는 매달 주제를 정하고 사진을 찍어요," 민혁이 설명했다.

"Our club decides on a theme every month and takes photos," Minhyeok explained.

그날 회원들은 다음 전시회의 주제를 정하기 위해 이야기하고 있었다.

That day, the members were discussing to decide the theme for the next exhibition.

"도시의 밤 풍경은 어때?" 한 학생이 제안했다.

"How about the city's night scenery?" one student suggested.

다은은 처음에는 조용히 듣고만 있었지만 점점 사진에 관심이 생기기 시작했다.

At first, Daeun only listened quietly, but she gradually started becoming interested in photography.

모임이 끝난 후에도 다은은 캠퍼스를 걸으며 주변 풍경을 천천히 바라보았다.

Even after the meeting ended, Daeun walked around campus and slowly looked at the scenery around her.

그녀는 평소에는 지나쳤던 장면들이 새롭게 느껴졌다.

Scenes she normally passed by felt new to her.
